Qualifications:
To be certified as a “Patriot Limousine & Sedan Safe Driver”, the driver must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be licensed by the State Of Florida holding a minimum class “D” License
• Have submitted to a drug test within the past twelve (12) months;
• Have no chargeable accidents on his/her DMV record for at least forty-eight (48) months;
• Not have accumulated more than two (2) DMV points (prior to any approved point reduction credit) within the past twenty four (24) months;
• Have no DWI or DWAI/DUI convictions within the past seven (7) years;
• Not have been convicted of any of the following violations (in any court) within the past sixty (60) months, calculated from date of conviction:
  • Operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked DMV license; within (60) months.
  • Operation of a vehicle for hire without a Hillsborough County Public Vehicle Drivers License (or other required local) license; within (36) months.
  • Unlicensed operation of any motor vehicle; within (36) months.
  • Solicitation or acceptance of any street hail; within (36) months.
  • Use of a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle or a vehicle for hire;
  • Reckless driving

• A driver must have completed an Patriot Limousine & Sedan specialized training program within the past twenty-four (24) months. The curriculum of this training program must include the materials as annexed to this Memorandum
• A driver also must have completed a Patriot Limousine’s defensive driving course within the past thirty-six (36) months.

Outline Of Drug Policies:

These are general rules by which provide a Drug & Alcohol free work space, in and out of the office.

• Driver operating vehicle under influence of alcohol or drug. (Prescription Included If Company Not Properly Notified)-Driver is terminated.
• Driver refuses random drug test, or misses appointment- Driver is terminated
• Driver fails drug test- Driver is terminated
• Driver admits to drug use-Driver is suspended pending the completion of 30 day rehabilitation program. Weekly drug tests on random days for a period of 6 months. All tests and rehabilitation programs are done at drivers’ expense.
